Shimla: Himachal Pradesh BJP Ladies' Wing president Indu Goswami Sunday looked for conciliatory sentiment from Congress pioneer Navjot Singh Sidhu for his "enemies of ladies" comments comparing Head administrator Narendra Modi with another lady of the hour.
Cricketer-turned-government official Sidhu Saturday said PM Modi resembles that new lady of the hour who puts on an affectation, as opposed to really working, in her conjugal family.

"Modi resembles another lady of the hour who gets ready less rotis however thumps her bangles more to demonstrate the area that she is neck somewhere down in work. I'm asking the PM the umpteenth time to show one accomplishment of his in his five-year residency," Sidhu said in Indore.
In an announcement issued in Dharamshala Sunday, BJP's Goswami said Sidhu's comment shown his and Congress' "enemies of ladies" attitude.
"Indian ladies these days are making progress in each field however Sidhu sees them just with enemies of ladies mentality,' she said. Goswami said the Congress, by issuing such explanations, needs to demonstrate that the ladies, who establish around half of the nation's populace, are "powerless".
"Sidhu and the Congress ought to apologize from ladies for owning such expression," she said. She blamed Congress president Rahul Gandhi for "shielding goons against ladies".
